      International Projects and International Co-operation Specialist - Jowita Cetnar - Kupracz


      1. Facilitating domestic companies to establish economic contacts with domestic and foreign partners by systematic collecting and also providing with needed information, creating databases of offers and placing them on DIG www pages with a special coordinator's consent
      2. Collecting and providing information about activity of DIG that concerns international cooperation (business missions, trade fairs, exhibitions and other events, assistance for the MSP sector)
      3. Providing with accessible information foreigners and foreign companies that look for possibilities to function in the Polish market and co-operate with Polish business partners; providing information to Polish companies that look for possibilities to run a business abroad and cooperate with foreign partners
      4. Helping companies organize participation in trade fairs, economic missions and foreign seminars according to semiannual plans
      5. Participating in organizing cooperation exchanges with foreign partners according to semiannual plans
      6. Co-running the Business Information Center, in accordance with the Agreement with TWG SA in Gorzów Wlkp
      7. Caring for current contacts and searching for new ones with foreign partners, what supports and promotes business: chambers, commercial counselors offices of embassies, non-governmental organizations
      8. Doing visitors of DIG business trips services; participating in meetings
      9. Establishing contacts with active domestic institutions, that cooperate with foreign partners, and organizations supporting and promoting business
      10. Representing DIG on meetings that concern contacts with foreign partners
      11. Keeping correspondence connected with working of foreign cooperation department and business information department.
      12. Collecting and archiving documentation connected with working of foreign cooperation department
      13. Organizing meetings of members of DIG with representatives of companies and foreign organizations during their visits in DIG
      14. Taking part in promoting DIG in the field of economic information


      Assistant of DIG Chairman, Documents Legalization Specialist, Pernament Court of Arbitration - Ewa Eliasiewicz-Skoberla


      1. Running the secretariat in DIG, i.e. answering phones, keeping correspondence (post, e-mail, fax),
      2. Recording correspondence according to standards binding in DIG,
      3. Coordinating meetings of the Chairman of DIG, keeping a general calendar of planned meetings and events, organizing business trips.
      4. Receiving guests of the Chairman of DIG.
      5. Keeping correspondence in the field determined by the Chairman of DIG.
      6. Running the office of DIG
      7. Supervising documents collected in the Chamber, that are connected with its statutory activity
      8. Archiving documents, creating and recording databases
      9. Registering internal regulations, expense reports, resolutions of DIG Council, Presidium of DIG Council
      10. Formal serving of new members of DIG
      11. Preparing rooms for sessions of Presidium of Council, Council, WZC and Appalling Committee.
      12. Cooperating with the Arbitration Court and technical serving of its sessions
      13. Maintaining a telephone switchboard
      14. Helping a coordinator of www pages to edit the pages
      15. Providing the office with stationery and groceries
      16. Supervising documents concerning membership in DIG, especially: compiling documentation (declarations, applications, promotion materials) cooperating with Trainings and Promotion Specialist, collecting declarations, completing other documents
      17. Keeping and updating data concerning members both in internal and external databases
      18. Preparing conference rooms for all meetings taking place in the Chamber
      19. Cooperating with associated companies in the field of obtaining data about them
      20. Fulfilling auxiliary functioning in the International Cooperation Department
      21. Participating actively in the TWG project - Polish Business Proposals
      22. Legalizing documents determined by the Polish Chamber of Commerce


      Trainings and Promotion Specialist - Iwona Wielgo


      1. Widening number of members
      2. Cooperating with associated companies
      3. Promoting associated companies by:

        • 1 internal promotion as well as promotion with the aid of means accessible in the Chamber
        • 2 external promotion, each time activities have to be budgeted
        • Cooperating with business organizations, publishers, advertising agencies
        • Preparing annual promotion plans
        • Organizing participation of the Chamber in exhibitions and advertising events, according to annual plans
        • Realizing policy of PR DIG, among others organizing press conferences and cooperating with media, according to annual plans
        • Keeping in touch with representatives of media
        • Coordinating promotion activities on www pages of DIG in consultation with a coordinator
        • Cooperating with a coordinator of www pages of DIG
        • Preparing promotion materials of DIG, establishing contacts with publishers

      4. Organizing trainings, conferences, seminars and consultations
      5. Cooperating with training companies and institutions, elaborating trainings subject matter
      6. Collecting and analyzing information about local market of trainings
      7. Organizing formal meetings, social meetings and meetings integrating members of DIG
      8. Legalizing documents determined by the Polish Chamber of Commerce
      9. Representing DIG during some meetings


      Administrator of the Building - Marta Szott


      1. Preparing projects of agreements on lease of rooms, redecorations and modernization of a building
      2. Seeing to proper realization of agreements, calculating amounts due, invoicing (rent, heating, electricity, water, sewage, removing litters etc.) according to binding rates.
      3. Preparing a project of annual budget estimate for using the building
      4. Planning modernization activities
      5. Caring for a building and its rooms
      6. Supervising the order in the building
      7. Everyday controlling the building
      8. Supervising efficiency of electrical wiring, central-heating, plumbing, gas and telephones in the building
      9. Ordering the lessees to clean their rooms (offices, cellars), if they are negligent in their duty
      10. Caring for tidiness in rooms of DIG, in and outside the building, in the premises (supervising cleaners)
      11. Listing depuratives
      12. Cooperating with guards
      13. Protecting the building from fire.
      14. Supervising keys to rooms
